Protocols
For Beginners to Microdosing

The Fadiman Protocol is a wonderful choice for beginners as it allows you to gradually introduce microdosing into your daily routine. This protocol gives you additional time between dose days to ease into how you feel and reflect on any changes you may notice.

Take your dose (we recommend 1 capsule to start) on Day 1. Relax and monitor how you feel throughout the day. Take the next 2 days off from doses to notice if there are any longer term shifts. Take your next dose on Day 4 (we still recommend 1 capsule, but if you did not notice any changes whatsoever, you can try 2 capsules at this time). Repeat this process for 10 weeks, take 2-4 weeks off, then you can start this protocol again, or try a new protocol.
For Occasional Microdosers

The Stamets Protocol is a wonderful choice for the occasional (or even experienced) microdoser as it allows you to harness the full potential of the fungi with a larger integration period. This protocol is perfect for those looking to alleviate symptoms of ADHD, anxiety or depression.

Take your dose (we recommend 1 capsule to start) on Day 1. Relax and monitor how you feel throughout the day. Repeat your same dose for the next 3 consecutive days, for 4 total days of dosing. Take the next 3 days off from dosing to notice if there are any longer term shifts. Repeat this process for 10 weeks, take 2-4 weeks off, then you can start this protocol again, or try a new protocol.
For Experienced Microdosers

The Every Other Day Protocol is the perfect option for experienced microdosers. This protocol is more intensive and is wonderful for those who are looking to work on ADHD, anxiety and/or depressive symptoms for the long term.
